Children's Health Book (Dječja čitanka o zdravlju, 1927) was published in the form of a picture book, with illustrations by Vladimir Kirin. The book includes children's poems on hygiene and other health-related topics (washing one's hands regularly, taking care when sneezing and coughing, the dangers of smoking, flies as carriers of diseases, etc.). This is the first know Croatian picture book in which both the author and illustrator are Croatian.
